1. No Refunds
We do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances for digital products, including but not limited to:
- Product keys
- Downloadable software
- Virtual licenses or time-based access
Once a digital product has been delivered, accessed, or exposed (e.g. the license key has been revealed), it is considered used and cannot be refunded or resold.
2. Legal Basis
Under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
“the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and their acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.”
By purchasing from our site, you explicitly agree to waive your right of withdrawal and acknowledge that delivery begins immediately upon purchase.
3. Technical Issues
If you encounter technical problems, please contact our support team via Discord or at admin@cheats.love. We will do our best to assist you. However, a lack of compatibility, personal dissatisfaction, or game account penalties are not valid reasons for a refund.
4. Fraudulent Claims
Attempts to reverse payments (e.g. chargebacks) will be disputed and may result in a permanent ban from our services. We maintain logs of delivery and access for evidence in case of disputes.
